Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest issues, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Hotel Front Desk Experience: 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk role, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve guest issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hotel Front Desk Certification: Certification in hotel front desk operations, such as Marriott's Front Desk Certification.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
