Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Marriott Phoenix Airport. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk team, oversee guest arrivals and departures, and ensure that all front office systems are running smoothly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure that all team members are well-presented and punctual.
  • Revenue Management: Analyze and optimize room revenue, occupancy, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Guest Documentation: Ensure that all guest documentation and information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a strong knowledge of hotel operations, systems, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of full-service hotel Guest Service Supervisory and Night Audit experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs and Marriott PMS.
