Job Title: Operations Specialist

Join Aveanna as an Operations Specialist and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations in our medical records and payroll departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medical Records Activities:
    • Perform data entry for admissions and maintain accurate records
    • Input physician's plan of care and other medical information into the computer
    • Print and distribute physician plans of care
    • Maintain a tracking system for physician orders and plan of care
  • Payroll Activities:
    • Process weekly time sheets for caregiver staff visits
    • Audit payroll reports and make timely adjustments
    • Prepare and close payroll according to guidelines
    • Review and audit weekly net profit reports
  • Personnel Activities:
    • Assist with caregiver onboarding and recruiting activities
    • Verify and maintain caregiver credentials
    • Create and provide monthly evaluation and skills reports
  • Office Support Activities:
    • Scanning and filing of documentation and records
    • Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages
    • Mail distribution and office supply orders
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient typing and Microsoft Office skills
  • Payroll and/or human resources experience preferred
