Job Summary

The Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the overall operations and facility performance metrics while supporting clinical improvements in their assigned programs. They collaborate with the Director of Crisis Services to ensure that care coordination protocols, discharge planning, and transitions from the medical team are effectively managed. Additionally, the Operations Administrator is responsible for implementing best practices in risk management, health and safety, and quality management for each unit under their supervision. This position reports to the Director of Crisis regarding administrative, clinical, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee facility operations and performance metrics
  • Support clinical improvements in assigned programs
  • Collaborate with Director of Crisis Services on care coordination protocols
  • Implement best practices in risk management, health and safety, and quality management
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, inpatient psych experience or residential psych or behavioral health experience, 2 years of management/supervision experience, and a driver's license with a clean driving record. A bachelor's or master's degree in behavioral health or a similar field is preferred. The candidate should be dedicated to supporting individuals facing substance abuse and mental health challenges, committed to making a positive impact on patients' lives, and knowledgeable about available resources in the area.
