**Job Summary:**

As an Operations Coordinator at Ajilon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Schedule pickups, deliveries, and other appointments for drivers to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations
* Assist drivers on route to guarantee successful deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
* Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests in a prompt and courteous manner
* Enter shipment and order information into the database to maintain accurate records
* Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in database management and data entry
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
