Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Adecco USA. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our behavioral healthcare facility in Phoenix, AZ. Your responsibilities will include monitoring facility performance metrics, driving clinical improvements across designated programs, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
* Monitor facility performance metrics
* Drive clinical improvements across designated programs
* Ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

* High school diploma required, degree preferred
* Minimum 2 years of management experience
* Inpatient psych experience required
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
