Job Summary

The Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the overall operations and facility performance metrics while supporting clinical improvements in their assigned programs. This position collaborates with the Director of Crisis Services to ensure effective care coordination protocols, discharge planning, and transitions from the medical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement best practices in risk management, health and safety, and quality management for each unit under supervision.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Crisis Services to ensure effective care coordination protocols, discharge planning, and transitions from the medical team.
  • Oversee the overall operations and facility performance metrics.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Inpatient Psych experience or Residential Psych or Behavioral Health experience.
  • 2 years of management/supervision experience.
  • Driver's License and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or similar.
  • Case management background or counselor background.
