About the Role

As a Learning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's learning initiatives across all practices and business operations areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning platforms
  • Ensuring all learning content is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to employees globally
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to the LMS and liaising with IT or vendors for resolution
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating global training sessions, webinars, and workshops in collaboration with the Talent Development team
  • Managing logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging catering, setting up virtual sessions, and preparing materials
  • Communicating training schedules and details to participants and managing enrollment
  • Coordinating and supporting attendance tracking and reporting
  • Ensuring that our colleagues complete all mandatory training and professional certifications
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of training materials, certifications, and communications
  • Handling inquiries related to training programs and escalating issues as needed
  • Maintaining the training budget tracker
  • Vendor administration/coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a learning administration or similar role, preferably in a global or consulting environment
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - experience with Docebo LMS specifically would be considered a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a diverse, global user base
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $85,000, plus benefits and bonus opportunities.
