Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At PRC Resources, we are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oilfield services industry, proven experience in sales management, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop existing and new well construction clients through appropriate proposals and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Increase new sales volume through direct sales efforts, such as collaborating with sales team, cold calling on key clients, preparing quotes and proposals and with follow-ups
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Travel frequently to meet clients, attend industry conferences, and visit field locations
Requirements:
  • Technical degree or Diploma; preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, ideally in the oilfield industry
  • Comprehensive oilfield experience; preferred, or demonstrate a sound understanding of oilfield technical knowledge
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, willing to think on their own, with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365
