Our focus is on extending hospital services into the community, offering therapy-at-home and acute care-at-home solutions through our advanced technology and established processes.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) with a solid background in managing projects within healthcare settings to spearhead the rollout of our Care-at-Home initiatives across eastern Texas. The PM will be responsible for overseeing each project, ensuring that all necessary steps are executed, resources are allocated effectively, and timelines are adhered to. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of our programs, partner satisfaction, and the overall growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor and execute each aspect of the program.
  2. Assess, plan, and establish requirements and standards related to scheduled projects.
  3. Direct projects to set clear deliverables and expectations, allocate appropriate resources, identify and resolve challenges, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and timely completion.
  4. Supervise daily tasks of team members while ensuring alignment with established milestones.
  5. Design and implement training processes and strategies.
  6. Meticulously track progress and communicate updates to management and partners.
  7. Conduct regular project team meetings to evaluate progress and address any inquiries or challenges.
  8. Represent the company to our partners, showcasing leadership, confidence, and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Proven experience managing service and technology projects in a healthcare context.
  2. A minimum of three years in a project management role; the number of projects managed may be considered in lieu of time served. PMP certification is preferred.
  3. Proficiency with office suite applications (MS, Google, Apple), presentation tools, and project management software.

Working Conditions
This position operates in a hybrid environment, combining corporate office settings, client locations, and remote work. Occasional travel may be required.

Equipment Utilized
This role typically involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, telephones, fax machines, copy machines, and calculators.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to engage in physical activities typical of the defined role.
