Resilient Healthcare Corp is at the forefront of innovating and managing care delivery in home settings for our hospital and physician group partners. Our approach transcends traditional home healthcare, extending hospital and physician services into local communities. We collaborate with partners to provide therapy-at-home and acute care-at-home solutions, leveraging our established methodologies and proprietary technology.
Role Responsibilities
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our Care-at-Home programs across eastern Texas. The PM will take full ownership of each assigned project, ensuring that all necessary steps are executed, resources are allocated effectively, and projects are directed towards timely launch dates. This role is crucial for the success of our initiatives, partner satisfaction, and the overall growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a comprehensive project plan to monitor and execute each element of the program.
- Assessing, planning, and establishing requirements and standards for scheduled projects.
- Managing projects by setting clear deliverables and expectations, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, identifying and mitigating obstacles, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining quality and timeliness.
- Overseeing daily tasks of team members while ensuring alignment with established milestones.
- Creating and implementing training processes and strategies.
- Meticulously tracking progress and communicating updates to company and partner management.
- Conducting regular project team meetings to evaluate progress and address any inquiries or challenges.
- Representing the company to our partners with leadership, confidence, and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing service and technology-related projects within a healthcare context.
- A minimum of three years in a project management role; the number of projects managed may be considered in lieu of time served. PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficiency with office suite applications (MS, Google, Apple), presentation tools, and project management software.

Working Conditions:
This position operates in a hybrid environment, combining a corporate office setting, client locations, and remote work. Occasional travel may be required.
Equipment Utilized:
This role typically involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, telephones, fax machines, copy machines, and calculators.
Physical Requirements:
While fulfilling the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to engage in physical activities typical of the defined role.
