Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Administrative Support: Efficiently manage the calendar for the VP of Research Management, prioritizing tasks judiciously.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage agendas, confirm presenters, and facilitate communications for key meetings.
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage budget activities, and coordinate incoming communications.
  • Technology Support: Act as a subject matter expert for meeting technology and assist with maintaining relevant digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an administrative or healthcare setting.

  • Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other relevant software.
