Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Administrative Support: Efficiently manage the calendar for the VP of Research Management, prioritizing tasks judiciously.
- Document Management: Ensure effective handling of documents while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage agendas, confirm presenters, and facilitate communications for key meetings.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage budget activities, and coordinate incoming communications.
- Technology Support: Act as a subject matter expert for meeting technology and assist with maintaining relevant digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an administrative or healthcare setting.

- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and other relevant software.
