Formlabs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, administration, and leadership support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendars of our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Financial Officer
- Be the professional internal and external face for executives, both cross-functionally across the business and externally with clients, investors, and candidates
- Ensure that Formlabs is always presented in the most professional light, organized, polished, on-time, and communicative
- Organize seamless executive travel, including complex itineraries and international travel
- Own executive credit cards and receipts, submitting all expense reports on time and in line with global purchasing policies
- Contribute significantly to internal communications for executive departments, owning end-to-end communication streams
- Project manage and effectively organize leadership-level and department-wide events, such as off-sites, kickoffs, and conferences
Requirements:
- Previous success in a fast-paced and high-autonomy environment, with limited resources and very high individual ownership
- Prioritization and time management are critical, with a strong ability to navigate dynamic situations and triage priorities in real-time
- A passion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to learn about different functions and business priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, colleagues, and external partners
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
