Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs to address behavioral health concerns, including mental health, substance use, and addiction issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of professionalism, civility, and integrity within the legal community.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of professionals in the legal, clinical, and behavioral health fields.
  • Develop and manage budgets, programs, and services to support the mission of the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including judges, lawyers, and law students.
Requirements:
  • An attorney with an active Colorado license in good standing, or a master's or doctorate degree with active Colorado licensure in psychology, mental health, addiction counseling, social work, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in the legal, clinical, behavioral health, educational, and/or medical fields, or as a director, program coordinator, supervisor, office manager, high-level administrator, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated effective public speaking and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and program management skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and initiative.
