Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze competitive total compensation programs for our CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.
  • Design and implement incentive plans that motivate executives to achieve goals that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the administration of global stock-based compensation programs.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analyses of executive compensation programs.
  • Prepare materials for the Human Resources & Compensation Committee requests and meetings.
  • Lead the preparation of the executive compensation sections of the proxy statement.
  • Manage accuracy of data and ensure communications meet all legal requirements.
  • Oversee the design and administration of executive benefits.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and advisors.
  • Support the VP of Executive Compensation and executive compensation team.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in executive compensation or combined global and executive compensation experience at a publicly traded company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CCP certification preferred.
  • Deep understanding of SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and synthesize different data.
  • Self-starter with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent modeling skills to predict the impact of executive compensation decisions.
  • Outstanding presence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

  • $128,310 - $171,080 in AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, SD
  • $135,060 - $180,080 in AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, MO, MT, ND, NM, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY
  • $141,820 - $189,090 in CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI
  • $148,570 - $198,090 in AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA
