Retail Technology Asset Coordinator

Nesco Resource is seeking a dedicated IT Device Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient delivery and management of endpoint devices and associated applications across various retail locations globally. The technician will collaborate with the Store Fulfillment Team, which is tasked with the procurement, fulfillment, and oversight of IT hardware and software, as well as managing vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and configure handheld endpoint devices for distribution to retail locations.
  • Deliver high-quality fulfillment services with minimal supervision.
  • Handle the packing and unpacking of equipment for shipping and receiving.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to maintenance vendors or appropriate support levels for resolution.
  • Maintain precise inventory records of store assets and ensure adequate levels of repaired devices.
  • Meet performance targets related to productivity, accuracy, and cost management.
  • Exhibit professionalism by adhering to company policies and addressing challenges positively.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of technology hardware systems, computer components, and data networks.
  • Ability to consistently adhere to established procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Willingness to work standard business hours.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), and email (Outlook) applications.
  • Familiarity with Asset Management software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms is beneficial, though not required.
