Food Service Operations Management

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to manage our culinary operations. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and cooking of various food items, develop daily menu plans, and supervise a team of hourly associates. They will also assist the Executive Chef in developing new menus and ordering supplies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage kitchen inventory and control costs
  • Develop and implement daily menu plans
  • Supervise and train culinary staff
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and ordering

Compensation Package:

This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in food service management
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation a plus
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
