Key Responsibilities
  • Develop market accounts through outside sales activity, qualification of prospective clients, and development of existing client relationships.
  • Identify decision-makers, build client relationships, and complete company and department profiles/org charts.
  • Market candidates, identify cross-selling opportunities, and schedule client meetings.
  • Log all sales activity into our CRM in real-time.
  • Visit prospective and existing clients at their location to grow the business in the assigned market.
  • Sell talent solutions to prospective clients in need of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire recruiting assistance.
  • Create and execute daily call plans, campaigns, or sales action plans to drive new client business and expand the existing customer base.
  • Maintain accurate and current profiles in Bullhorn on all current and targeted potential clients.
  • Participate in daily information sharing with market leaders and company colleagues to ensure account maintenance and maximum revenue development.
  • Manage territory effectively, maintain current competitor/market knowledge, and consistently monitor candidate pool data relating to competitive salaries in the local market.
  • Negotiate bill rates and pricing to maintain targeted GM%.
  • Maintain minimum standard performance measures, including weekly activity requirements for connects, client meetings, and leads, as well as established monetary productivity requirements.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Team, VP of Ecosystem, PRS Leadership, and Ecosystem leadership and colleagues in team-selling and effective capturing of national/global business outside of the set market.
  • Assist in the recruiting efforts of the market per management direction.
  • Ensure company policy, as well as federal and state employment law compliance.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and recruitment. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly, prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. They will also be able to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions, demonstrate business acumen and market insight, and learn to wield new tech tools and utilize existing technology effectively and efficiently.
