Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our Sales Team in Plantation, FL.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and related metrics of the associated territory to maximize company revenue.
This is an outside sales position, and the Account Executive will be accountable for all activities contributing to the success of Retailers in their area of responsibility, including but not limited to:
- Driving company revenue
- Increasing customer activations (sales by dealer to customers) in the assigned territory
- Growing the distribution and ensuring Retailers have an adequate supply of stock & merchandising/marketing materials
- Educating and training Retailers on service offerings, systems, and processes
- Maintaining and building relationships with store personnel
- Improving the customer experience within the retail environments
- Reporting daily activity, store level conditions, trends, and competitive data
- Providing feedback on Retailer and consumer interactions
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining a business plan for the designated region, driving measurable results for stores
- Conducting store visits and phone calls within the region
- Continuing to expand sales through establishing and maintaining Retailer contacts through potential new Retailer leads that they see while out in the field or by getting referrals from existing Retailers
- Strengthening brand awareness in the channel through merchandising, display maintenance
- Must take measurements for custom Branding requests
The successful candidate will have at least 2-5 years of wireless retail sales or training experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and any combination of education and experience. They will be highly self-motivated and independent, with prior success meeting performance goals and requirements (prepaid wireless industry experience preferred). The ideal candidate will also have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
