About the Role
The Facilities Operations Leader will play a crucial role in enhancing our workplace culture and employee experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of facilities in our office, ensuring efficient management of services such as janitorial, HVAC, and food services while promptly addressing maintenance concerns.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with HR business partners and local management to implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate operational performance and develop strategic initiatives aimed at driving improvements.
  • Support the hybrid work strategy to ensure seamless operations across various work arrangements.
  • Design and enhance employee experiences throughout their journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring alignment with workplace engagement goals.
  • Plan and execute engaging intra-office events that reflect our company culture and strengthen team cohesion.
  • Manage daily lunch services and coordinate large meetings and offsite events.
  • Lead project implementations to ensure smooth and transparent experiences for all employees, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Monitor budget expenditures related to the office, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Source and manage vendor relationships to guarantee quality services at competitive rates.
  • Coordinate with property management for necessary building operations and maintenance.
  • Supervise space planning and manage changes to optimize space utilization.
  • Enhance expertise in managing audio-visual resources, ensuring effective use and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience in operational facilities management, focusing on improving employee experiences.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience applying data-driven analysis to enhance workplace environments.
  • Proven success in managing events.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies to support effective communication and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a dynamic office environment, with the ability to work on-site regularly.
