Position Overview:

Role Location:
Southern Kansas

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute the NK Brand strategy effectively with clients and within Syngenta to achieve primary goals: Differentiate, Innovate, Outperform, and Leverage.
2. Support the NK Brand Retail sales organization to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
3. Deliver targeted NK Seed brand campaigns and offerings through selected distribution partners.
4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line, with a focus on NK Corn and Soybeans.
5. Serve as a steward of the NK Seeds portfolio by providing recommendations and addressing field concerns in collaboration with Agronomy.
6. Meet and exceed sales, profit, and market share objectives within the designated territory.
7. Cultivate a deep understanding of customer requirements through consultative selling, establishing recognized expertise and trust.
