Territory Focus: Southern Kansas
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the NK Brand strategy effectively with clients and within Syngenta to achieve key objectives: Differentiate, Innovate, Outperform, and Leverage.
- Support the NK Brand Retail sales organization to drive profitable growth.
- Deliver NK Seed brand initiatives and promotions to targeted clientele through selected distribution partners.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, particularly NK Corn and Soybeans.
- Act as a representative of the NK Seeds portfolio, providing recommendations and addressing field concerns in collaboration with Agronomy.
- Meet sales, profit, and market share goals within the designated territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements through consultative selling, establishing recognized expertise and trust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field, or equivalent experience in the agriculture industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in agronomic sales.
- Strong customer focus with proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds in line with NK Sales Area guidelines.
- Proficient in engaging with channel partners to effectively connect them with growers and deliver tailored solutions.
