NK Seed Sales Specialist

At Syngenta, we recognize that every team member plays a crucial role in the mission to sustainably nourish the planet. We are currently looking for an NK Sales Representative to operate within the Southern Kansas region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the NK Brand strategy effectively with clients and within Syngenta to achieve essential goals: Differentiate, Innovate, Outperform, and Leverage.
- Support the NK Brand Retail sales organization to drive profitable growth.
- Deliver targeted NK Seed brand campaigns and promotions through selected distribution partners.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, particularly in NK Corn and Soybeans.
- Act as a steward for the NK Seeds portfolio, providing recommendations and addressing field concerns in collaboration with Agronomy.
- Meet sales, profit, and market share objectives within the designated territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements through consultative selling, establishing recognized expertise and trust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field, or equivalent experience in the agriculture sector.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in agronomic sales.
- Strong customer orientation with proven sales and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to manage operational budgets, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds in accordance with NK Sales Area guidelines.
- Ability to effectively engage with channel partners to enhance connections with growers and deliver tailored solutions.
