Job Summary

The ICMA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to lead the Human Resources Department. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and the organization.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and administer employee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
