Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business results and employee engagement.
  4. Collaborate with site executive teams and the National Office HR team to identify and resolve employee relations issues.
  5. Manage the site's reward and recognition programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and employee needs.
  6. Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and employee incentive programs.
  7. Manage the site's annual performance appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices, trends, and technologies to drive business results and improve employee experiences.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a strong background in recruitment, employee development, and employee relations.
  2. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with site executive teams, employees, and other stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR decisions.
  7. HR Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
