We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Strategic Insight, Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our management team, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance and consultation to management on human resources policies, procedures, regulations, and concepts.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the ERC/PEO IWS SharePoint team to leverage capabilities and improve responsiveness and productivity to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level briefs and develop administrative and manpower metrics reports.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a professional environment that reflects and supports the division's mission, vision, and values.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Working knowledge of the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) to submit personnel actions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business administration, including 2 years of HR/federal staffing experience.
- Experience providing HR guidance, consultation, and assistance to management and/or staff of human resources laws, policies, procedures, regulations, and concepts.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to work under pressure due to tight deadlines and increased workloads.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with others at all levels, as a team member.
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Self-starter, goal-oriented individual who provides timely feedback on progress made on assignments.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Senior, 10+ years of professional experience.
- DoD environment experience (desired).
- Active secret clearance.
