Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Strategic Insight, Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our management team, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance and consultation to management on human resources policies, procedures, regulations, and concepts.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the ERC/PEO IWS SharePoint team to leverage capabilities and improve responsiveness and productivity to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level briefs and develop administrative and manpower metrics reports.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a professional environment that reflects and supports the division's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Working knowledge of the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) to submit personnel actions.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business administration, including 2 years of HR/federal staffing experience.
  • Experience providing HR guidance, consultation, and assistance to management and/or staff of human resources laws, policies, procedures, regulations, and concepts.
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work under pressure due to tight deadlines and increased workloads.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with others at all levels, as a team member.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented individual who provides timely feedback on progress made on assignments.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Senior, 10+ years of professional experience.
  • DoD environment experience (desired).
  • Active secret clearance.
