**Job Summary**

In this sales role at Bosque Disposal Systems, LLC, you will implement the sales strategy for our Water Solutions, targeting both existing and prospective clients. This position entails contributing to and engaging in marketing initiatives, market planning, and the technical advancement of our products and services. We seek individuals who possess innovative thinking and a strong commitment to sales excellence.

**Primary Job Duties**

To thrive in this sales position, each salesperson must secure new business opportunities, nurture and expand assigned accounts, and communicate effectively with the Operations team to ensure customer expectations are met, thereby maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The responsibilities include:
  • Supporting market strategies and objectives within your designated region.
  • Identifying and closing sales opportunities for Water Solutions.
  • Building relationships with current and potential clients to understand their business needs and Water Solution requirements.
  • Managing assigned accounts to ensure ongoing business and growth.
  • Documenting all sales activities in HubSpot on a weekly basis.
  • Researching and updating the assigned region's Hit List monthly.
  • Utilizing market research to assess customer needs and relay information to relevant staff.
  • Establishing service timelines for dedicated accounts with monthly KPIs.
  • Evaluating the marketability of products and services based on customers' technical requirements.
  • Following up on sales leads and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and technical advancements affecting target markets.
  • Developing and maintaining industry contacts that facilitate sales opportunities.
  • Promoting business through both traditional and innovative marketing strategies to foster engagement with existing and potential customers.
  • Participating in monthly social and networking events.
  • Maintaining daily communication with local operations and relevant teams.
  • Preparing quarterly stewardship reports for customers.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of operations for each assigned account.
**Required Competencies / Prerequisites**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Ability to provide effective solutions and sell products.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and computer skills.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of commercial and contractual language.
  • Technical aptitude.
**Preferred Competencies / Prerequisites**
  • Familiarity with water treatment units and/or saltwater disposal operations.
  • Knowledge of completions operations.
  • Understanding of Bosque Chemicals and Solutions.
