Job Summary/Description:

The CBS7 Media Group in Odessa-Midland, TX, is seeking a dynamic Local Sales Manager. This important position on our leadership team gives you responsibility of revenue management for our station group.

The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, customer-focused, and organized, with the ability to coach and motivate newer and experienced AE's. We are a leader in Local TV sales and Local Digital sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create revenue-generating sales opportunities and solutions for all stations.
  • Collaborate regularly with the AE's on strategy and negotiations for key accounts.
  • Consistently evaluate AE performance and provide effective training.
  • Meet with all AE's weekly to ensure their professional development and success.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Media Sales & Matrix a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
