Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Kirby Smith Machinery. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining a strong market presence in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure you are always ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- 3+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the construction equipment industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
