**Job Summary**

In the role of Sales Manager at Bosque Disposal Systems, LLC, you will implement the sales strategy for our Water Solutions, targeting both existing and prospective clients. This position involves contributing to marketing initiatives, market analysis, and the technical enhancement of our products and services. We seek a candidate who possesses innovative thinking and a fervent dedication to sales.

**Primary Job Duties**

To excel in this sales position, it is essential to establish new business with potential clients, nurture and expand existing accounts, and communicate effectively with the Operations team to ensure that customer expectations are met, thereby maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will represent Bosque Disposal Systems, LLC with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Support market strategies and objectives within your designated region.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities for Water Solutions.
  • Build relationships with current and potential clients to assess their Water Solution needs and secure their business.
  • Manage assigned accounts to ensure ongoing business and growth.
  • Document all sales activities in HubSpot on a weekly basis.
  • Research and update the assigned region's Hit List monthly.
  • Utilize market research to understand customer needs and relay information to the team.
  • Maintain service timelines for dedicated accounts with monthly KPIs.
    • Sales accountability for each assigned account.
    • Weekly updates required.
  • Assess the marketability of products and services based on clients' technical requirements.
  • Follow up on sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction is upheld.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technical advancements that impact target markets.
  • Establish and maintain industry contacts that facilitate sales.
  • Promote business through both traditional and innovative marketing strategies to engage with existing clients and foster relationships with new prospects.
  • Participate in social and networking events monthly, such as SPE, OIPA, API, etc.
    • Attend two events per month (update in HubSpot as necessary).
  • Communicate daily with local operations, RBM, and BDD.
  • Prepare quarterly stewardship reports for clients.
  • Possess a strong understanding of operations for each assigned account.
**Required Competencies / Prerequisites**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Ability to sell and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and computer skills.
  • Capability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of commercial and contractual language.
  • Technical aptitude.
**Preferred Competencies / Prerequisites**
  • Familiarity with water treatment units and/or saltwater disposal operations.
  • Knowledge of completions operations.
  • Understanding of Bosque Chemicals and Solutions.
