Job Summary

In this sales role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies for our Water Solutions to current and future customers. You will provide input and participate in the marketing, market planning, and technical development of products and services. Primary Job Duties
  • Support Market Strategies & Goals: You will work closely with our operations team to support market strategies and goals within your assigned region.
  • Direct Identification & Closure of Sales Opportunities: You will identify and close sales opportunities for our Water Solutions, establishing relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and secure their business.
  • Manage Assigned Accounts: You will manage assigned accounts in a manner that ensures continued business and growth within the account, tracking all sales activity and maintaining accurate records.
  • Research & Maintain Industry Knowledge: You will research and maintain industry knowledge to determine customer needs and provide information to other staff, leveraging market research to drive sales growth.
  • Service Timelines & KPIs: You will establish and maintain service timelines for each dedicated account, tracking monthly KPIs and providing regular updates to the team.
  • Evaluate Product & Service Marketability: You will evaluate the marketability of our products and services in terms of customers' technical needs, providing feedback to the team to drive product development.
  • Follow Up on Sales Leads: You will follow up on sales leads and maintain current customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and technical developments that affect our target markets, using this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish & Maintain Industry Contacts: You will establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales, building strong relationships with our customers and partners.
  • Promote Business through Marketing: You will promote our business through the use of traditional and non-traditional marketing tools, encouraging contact and interaction with existing customers and developing relationships with potential customers.
  • Attend Industry Events: You will attend industry events, such as conferences and trade shows, to stay up-to-date with industry trends and network with potential customers and partners.
  • Communicate with Local Operations: You will communicate daily with local operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Quarterly Stewardship Reports: You will provide quarterly stewardship reports to our customers, highlighting our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Required Competencies / Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: You will have a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 Years of Sales Experience: You will have 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
  • Proven Record of Success in Sales: You will have a proven record of success in sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Negotiating, Communication, and Computer Skills: You will have excellent negotiating, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and partners.
