Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Associate at Perpetual Labor Sourcing. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and other communication channels in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
  • Research and Resolve Issues: Utilize available resources to research and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide Product and Service Information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers.
  • Process Customer Requests: Process customer requests, including forms, orders, and applications, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues: Identify and escalate priority issues to management for prompt resolution.
  • Route Calls to Appropriate Resources: Route customer calls to the appropriate resources or departments for prompt resolution.
  • Follow Up on Complicated Calls: Follow up on complicated customer calls to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete Call Notes and Reports: Complete call notes and reports as necessary and update them in our CRM system.
  • Manage Administration and Communication: Manage administration, communication, and coordination with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
