Key Responsibilities

  • Handle pricing entry into our OK system and communicate pricing to customers as needed.
  • Provide solutions to potential problems with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with deductions and manage accrual monies for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Work closely with scheduling, transportation, and accounting teams to ensure customer care.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Good communication skills - oral and written.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Contact Management systems; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
