Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
- Utilize multiple banking systems to access customer account information, verify customer details, and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all bank products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate customer fulfillment, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Adhere to bank policies, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Proven ability to work across multiple software systems simultaneously is required.
- Cross-selling/retail/consumer sales experience is preferred.
- Call Center experience is preferred.
- Banking experience is preferred.
- Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
