Job Description: Retirement Plans Account Manager

Overview:

This role involves managing relationships with plan sponsors and channel relationships, providing plan design consulting services, driving client retention, and delivering investment advisory services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage primary relationships with plan sponsors and channel relationships.
  • Provide plan design consulting services.
  • Drive client retention through annual plan reviews and proactive client contact.
  • Deliver investment advisory services, fund lineup updates, and Investment Due Diligence and Monitoring Reports.
  • Coordinate the installation of new groups with plan sponsors and channel relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 or more years experience in relationship management, preferably in the retirement plans field.
  • Strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments.
  • NASD series 6, 63, 65; or equivalent is required.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
