Job Description: Retirement Plans Account Manager
Overview:
This role involves managing relationships with plan sponsors and channel relationships, providing plan design consulting services, driving client retention, and delivering investment advisory services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage primary relationships with plan sponsors and channel relationships.
- Provide plan design consulting services.
- Drive client retention through annual plan reviews and proactive client contact.
- Deliver investment advisory services, fund lineup updates, and Investment Due Diligence and Monitoring Reports.
- Coordinate the installation of new groups with plan sponsors and channel relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 or more years experience in relationship management, preferably in the retirement plans field.
- Strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments.
- NASD series 6, 63, 65; or equivalent is required.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
