The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience.

 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retirement Plan Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing and managing effective primary relationships with plan sponsors and channel relationships.

You will work closely with clients to understand their concerns and needs, providing expert advice and guidance on qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments.

In addition, you will coordinate the installation of new groups, deliver all aspects of the enrollment, re-enrollment, and education process, and participate in sales presentations as a relationship manager when requested by the sales manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree or experience in Business Administration preferred
  • 5 or more years demonstrated relationship management experience in the retirement plans field or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments
  • Professional certification required: NASD series 6, 63, 65; or equivalent is required
  • Retail/insurance industry certification preferred or in process
