About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Alliant Insurance Services as a seasoned Account Manager Lead. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of success in account management, client relationships, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction;
  2. Analyze market proposals to verify benefits, premiums, and competitiveness;
  3. Negotiate with markets for benefits premium concessions;
  4. Ensure accurate policy provisions and coverage contracts;
  5. Conduct client open enrollment meetings and address benefit coverage inquiries;
  6. Resolve escalated service issues and manage client benefit inquiries;
  7. Implement new carrier and plan implementations for assigned book of business;
  8. Prepare and review claims experience and utilization reports;
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • At least 8 years of related work experience in account management, client relationships, and leadership;
  • A valid insurance license and ability to meet Continuing Education requirements;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work within a team and foster teamwork;
  • Superior leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
What We Offer

Alliant Insurance Services offers a competitive financial package, including a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
