About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our finance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to achieve company objectives. You will lead the Annual Financial Plan, Quarterly LE Forecast, and monthly reporting processes for assigned areas, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts, including revenue and expense projections.
  • Collaborate with business partners to monitor performance indicators and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Leverage data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA in Finance preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and/or FP&A-related work, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
