You will work across various sectors on short-term assignments, typically lasting between 4 to 12 weeks, allowing you to acquire new, hands-on experiences with each engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will be a pivotal member of project teams, responsible for comprehending client challenges, structuring research initiatives, conducting thorough analyses to support client goals, and developing strategic recommendations. You will encounter a wide range of client needs and industry contexts. Compensation includes a competitive salary and bonus structure aligned with leading consulting firms. This role is designed for promotion to Manager, achievable within a year based on performance, with minimal travel requirements (approximately 10%).

In this role, you will:
  • Lead specific project components, major objectives, and occasionally oversee entire projects.
  • Analyze client challenges and collaborate effectively with teams to identify core issues and derive insights from collected data.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for both clients and internal teams.
  • Design research frameworks, perform business analyses, and extract insights from data.
  • Structure client deliverables and serve as the primary contact for content and strategic thinking.
  • Present sections of deliverables to clients and address inquiries related to your area of expertise.
  • Manage a small team of associates on specific project modules.
  • Contribute to client development initiatives and facilitate growth opportunities for junior team members.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm, corporate strategy group, or private equity/venture capital environment.
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record; an MBA is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and proficiency in business research and analysis.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in presentation development using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong intellectual curiosity and teamwork skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and an interest in leading small teams on project-specific tasks.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
