Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert guidance on benefits strategy for family planning and women's health reimbursement initiatives.
  • Serve as an internal authority on benefits operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including necessary documentation and system configuration.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to achieve operational performance metrics.
  • Create and sustain resources that facilitate efficient benefits strategy processes.
  • Support client-specific customization requests and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in benefits strategy and implementation, ideally within health or benefits consulting.
  • Strong skills in project management and relationship development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in health or benefits.
  • Commitment to developing scalable and efficient operational processes.

Salary & Benefits:

For candidates in eligible locations, the base salary range is $140,000 - $170,000. Maven provides stock options, comprehensive health benefits, and various perks including professional development stipends, parental leave, and wellness initiatives.
