Key Qualifications

Essential Industry Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office365 Suite (Excel & Outlook), with proficiency in Word & PowerPoint.
  • Thorough understanding of new construction commissioning services.
  • Familiarity with NYC Energy Code and/or ASHRAE standards.
  • Knowledge of LEED Rating Systems as they pertain to commissioning and ventilation.
  • Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

Familiarity with:

  • NYC Local Laws related to energy and climate (Local Laws 84, 87, 95, and 97).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Mid-Market Sales VP and Directors to drive global revenue growth.
  • Work closely with executive sales leadership to provide strategic recommendations on market initiatives that promote scalable growth.
  • Support sales leadership in operational management and lead global projects that enhance representative productivity, improve customer experiences, and lower acquisition costs.
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop analytical insights that increase team productivity.
  • As you grow in this role, learn the business rhythms, become a trusted advisor on team performance, and actively influence our sales strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership in formulating go-to-market strategies and operational management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Services to ensure seamless business operations and consistent achievement of growth objectives.
  • Identify key performance metrics and design reporting systems that yield business insights and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms and a business review schedule that provides leadership with a shared understanding of performance and aligns priorities.
  • Work with Sales leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing representative productivity.
  • Manage initiatives aimed at reducing sales costs or accelerating representative productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and FP&A teams to develop annual revenue and headcount plans for key Sales Support teams.
  • Contribute to the design of commission structures, quotas, SPIFFs, and engagement rules for sales support teams.
