Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in establishing an analytical framework and leading a team to conduct assessments that identify areas for strategic enhancement or investment.
- Ability to swiftly adapt to the changing demands of a high-growth environment, demonstrating a history of practical and innovative solutions to intricate business challenges.
- Experience in presenting findings to business executives.
- Proven track record in managing teams or projects with considerable scope, complexity, and impact.
- Skilled in analyzing intricate data sets and deriving insights that guide business decisions.
- A minimum of a BA or BS degree.
- Compliance with company policy requires all employees who wish to work in-office or flexibly to be fully vaccinated.
Essential Industry Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office365 Suite (Excel & Outlook), with proficiency in Word & PowerPoint.
- Thorough understanding of new construction commissioning services.
- Familiarity with NYC Energy Code and/or ASHRAE standards.
- Knowledge of LEED Rating Systems as they pertain to commissioning and ventilation.
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Familiarity with:
- NYC Local Laws related to energy and climate (Local Laws 84, 87, 95, and 97).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Mid-Market Sales VP and Directors to drive global revenue growth.
- Work closely with executive sales leadership to provide strategic recommendations on market initiatives that promote scalable growth.
- Support sales leadership in operational management and lead global projects that enhance representative productivity, improve customer experiences, and lower acquisition costs.
- Partner with sales leaders to develop analytical insights that increase team productivity.
- As you grow in this role, learn the business rhythms, become a trusted advisor on team performance, and actively influence our sales strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership in formulating go-to-market strategies and operational management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Services to ensure seamless business operations and consistent achievement of growth objectives.
- Identify key performance metrics and design reporting systems that yield business insights and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Establish reporting mechanisms and a business review schedule that provides leadership with a shared understanding of performance and aligns priorities.
- Work with Sales leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing representative productivity.
- Manage initiatives aimed at reducing sales costs or accelerating representative productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and FP&A teams to develop annual revenue and headcount plans for key Sales Support teams.
- Contribute to the design of commission structures, quotas, SPIFFs, and engagement rules for sales support teams.
