Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the community management team to resolve resident concerns and complaints.
- Welcome prospects, residents, and vendors, and answer inquiries about the property, company, lease details, and amenities.
- Organize incoming packages systematically and provide excellent customer service.
- Plan, promote, and produce events and activities to increase resident retention.
- Manage keys and fobs, and document transactions according to company policy.
- Provide resident orientation, explain community amenities and unit features, and ensure compliance with renters' insurance requirements.
- Utilize the Sugar CRM to effectively manage resident relations, service requests, and communications.
- Customer service experience in Multi-Family, Hospitality, or Retail industries.
- Minimum of one year of office experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
- 401(k) plan with company match.
- Hourly range: $23-$25, depending on experience.
