Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the community management team to resolve resident concerns and complaints.
  • Welcome prospects, residents, and vendors, and answer inquiries about the property, company, lease details, and amenities.
  • Organize incoming packages systematically and provide excellent customer service.
  • Plan, promote, and produce events and activities to increase resident retention.
  • Manage keys and fobs, and document transactions according to company policy.
  • Provide resident orientation, explain community amenities and unit features, and ensure compliance with renters' insurance requirements.
  • Utilize the Sugar CRM to effectively manage resident relations, service requests, and communications.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience in Multi-Family, Hospitality, or Retail industries.
  • Minimum of one year of office experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
