Your Role:
Are you experienced in HVAC systems? We are seeking skilled HVAC mechanics with a background in both light and heavy commercial sectors to join our team, working with state-of-the-art industrial equipment.

We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), providing milestone recognition, monetary rewards, and increased incentive opportunities for exceptional performance. Our focus is on employee safety, and we equip you with the necessary tools and a vehicle to excel in your role.

As a journeyman, you should possess a high level of craftsmanship, with a preference for candidates having at least five (5) years of hands-on experience in HVAC plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical service.

Your responsibilities will include delivering top-notch service to our clients, addressing building inefficiencies, and resolving service-related issues. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing effective solutions and outcomes during service calls.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial or industrial mechanical troubleshooting within the HVAC field.
- Commitment to completing a 30-Hour OSHA Certification, which will be conducted after hours and on weekends.
- Proficiency in computer usage along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical journeyman status is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC work.
- Refrigeration Certification is preferred.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
