Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled Commercial HVAC Specialist to manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of climate control systems in various commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace air and water filtration systems
  • Maintain and clean condenser and evaporator coils
  • Clear drain pans and lines to prevent overflow issues
  • Substitute worn pulleys and belts as necessary
  • Inspect ductwork for mold, dust, and debris accumulation
  • Monitor and adjust humidity levels for optimal performance
  • Evaluate refrigerant levels and address any leaks
  • Test and calibrate thermostats and control systems to ensure accurate temperature settings
  • Replace faulty breaker controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and wiring
  • Utilize infrared cameras to assess electrical systems and connections
  • Examine blowers and blades for airflow efficiency and vibration
  • Lubricate motors, bearings, and moving components; replace when necessary
  • Detect and repair gas leaks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
  • Document all failures and preventive maintenance records
  • Perform general maintenance, housekeeping, plumbing, and electrical tasks as required
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by your Supervisor/Manager/Lead

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC Installation and Service.

2. Valid EPA Certification.
