Administrative Operations Manager

Aquilogic, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating internal and external resources, and ensuring the upkeep of our office facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems
- Manage personnel records and ensure compliance with State regulations and company policies
- Coordinate distribution of 401K documents and ensure accurate timesheets
- Assist with project management tasks, prepare presentations, and proof-read reports
- Act as executive assistant and facilities manager, responsible for the upkeep of company hardware, furniture, and tracking of materials/supplies/equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills
- At least two years administrative experience in a small business office environment
- Experience in office-based role within the environmental/engineering consulting sector is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with a proactive approach to task management and problem solving
