  • Plan and schedule appointments and events to ensure seamless coordination
  • Assist with correspondence and other formal documents to ensure timely and accurate communication
  • Maintain and order office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
