Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paratransit Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our paratransit service, including management, supervision, and training of staff. The Operations Manager must have full authority to make operational decisions in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of the service
  • Make operational decisions in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Train staff in operational functions, including scheduling, service controlling, and system administration
  • Be computer literate and capable of system administration and training
  • Demonstrate administrative skills and experience
  • Be available on-call as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two (2) years previous demand responsive customer service experience
  • Hands-on computer experience and experience in the equivalent proposed Access Link position
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in Trapeze PASS
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
