Requirements
  • Experience
    • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
    • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
    • Dedicated to customer service.
    • Able to anticipate customer needs.
    • Able to effectively relate to and communicate with a customer.
    • Able to make outbound sales calls.
    • Ability to work in a Sales organization with goals and expectations.
  • Licenses
    • Required to obtain Property and Casualty License.
    • Required to obtain Life and Health License.
  • Preferred Qualifications
