Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing final inspections, in-process inspections, and 1st article inspections to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate parts to print specifications using a variety of tools and techniques, including micrometers, indicators, and comparators.
- Conduct 1st article inspections to ensure that our products meet the required specifications and standards.
- Perform in-process inspections to identify and correct any defects or issues before they become major problems.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and records.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with inspection tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
