Compensation:

$80,000 - $250,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within designated areas to foster growth.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on leads to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the complete process from listing to closing to ensure a swift and efficient transaction.
  • Possess local expertise to address inquiries regarding potential properties and neighborhoods.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to drive additional sales.
Required Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Proficient with technology.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager for professional development.
  • Organized with effective time management skills.
  • A successful sales history is preferred.
